In 1973 I got an offer of Visiting Assistant Professorship at the University of Toronto, Canada to teach Hind in the Department of Indian Studies. Here in the University I was introduced to Professor G.A. Gleason, Professor of English at the University of Toronto and Professor H.H. Stern, Head of Language Center at Ontario Institute of Education . Professor H.H.Stern was kind to invite me to his classes in the language center and it gave me the opportunity to have a good training and deep insight in second/foreign language teaching methodology.
